A few people have been scammed on the site, Only use paypal to pay for items for sale by other members. If they will not use paypal, its likely a scam NEVER SEND E-TRANSFERS OF ANY KIND.
What year shock fits on the bike? I'd be willing to give a CBR600 shock a try, it's by far much cheaper than a used Tuono shock (Cheapest I found was like $400)

That's probably the reason to why I got the chrome version or the regular version, I knew if something chipped on the black it would be a pain.

That's weird. I have the 3800 and it fit in just fine. I know it's a pain in the butt to install, but it worked just fine. The only thing was I had to cut the rubber boot a bit for the fan to just fine, but I've had it for a month no issues.
not sure about the others, but around here the roads are terrible and potholes every where. This would add a little cushion to my ride, and slightly bigger stand against potholes.

Went out for a 120km ride, halfway on the return, my visor looked like it had a lot of dust on it, and figured it was probably dirt. Turns out, it was volcanic ash from an erupting volcano nearby. Had to power wash the entire bike to remove it.
I moved up form a CB500, and that bike had it but in all gears.
This one was very smooth up until a couple of weeks ago.
A friend who has one told me that the dealer told him to avoid it to keep a little throttle in when shifting or to to close it completely. He didn't remember which
