After 20,000 miles and 3.5 years I finally went down (mildly) in the rain on the NC. As such, I obviously HAD to replace both turn signals with a nicer looking, not-quite-as-large-as-the-airplane-wing-navigation-lights that the stocker indicators were. I bought this set to replace:

Update: I replaced my rear shinko 705 with another. Ended up with 6,500 miles on it, it was worn the same amount as the PR3 when I replaced it. So for the price the shinko's are great. This one I will run without ride-on to test if it really does anything for tire life. The tires are balanced, I...
I have had a shinko 705 rear with the stock front and now a Contimotion front, which seems fine to me. The continental I dislike, but I don't believe it's due to the rear. It works for me, the 705 has lasted over 5000 miles and the pr3 rear I had only lasted 8500 so it's a better deal and works...
I think this may be a tire issue, perhaps only on the NC. I just put on a new continental conti motion and I'm getting the same shaking/shimmy issue. I'm gonna check to see if it is not on straight, but I checked the steering side to side when I had the front wheel off the ground and it seemed...
Probably the ugliest mount ever, but I'm sure someone could make a prettier version. I have a Moto x that is also my camera, so no pics of it in there.
I found an old license plate could easily be bent into shape to hold a phone by sliding it in from the top. That's worked for me for 6000 miles and serious off-road riding. It's never fallen out. The tricky part is how to mount it. I used a clamp and put it to one side of my handlebar.
Might be the same as the Google plus method, but with an android phone someone could log into your Google account and go to "Google dashboard". It shows the location of all of your devices available. I used it to find my girlfriend's lost phone.
Did my valve adjustment yesterday morning. It took less than 3 hours and was easier than working on my 91 f150. I didn't remove the timing cover, it was obvious if you were in the right spot or off by 180°. And I got coolant all over.
