If my wife were a rider, that would be her bike. She is forever wanting to stop and dig up stuff from the roadsides. We keep one of those folding army shovels and plastic bags in our truck for just such occasions. Fortunately, she's not tempted when we're on the bike.

Super M, when you say that the "heated grips I installed used up to 4 amps on high" are you talking about Honda grips or aftermarket?

That is exactly what I am planning to do. I don't see why it shouldn't work, we're just going to use the switched hot and ground connections from that 3 pin connector.

Thanks. The accessory harness that you refer to--- is that the bunch of brown plastic connectors that are all tucked in to that big clear rubber boot? And, "the plastic that has the left side turn signal on it" --- where is that? Do you mean the signal switch?

Sometimes, "you get what you pay for". Personally, I've never had a problem with Twisted Throttle. Yes, sometimes their goods are a few dollars more, but, I have never had a problem with returns, restocking, or defective parts. Then again, I always use a telephone and talk to human beings...
