Arrrgh! This Gallery photo thing is driving me nuts

lol Is the gallery permanently fubar?

How do you delete photos? I feel like a complete bungling idiot, for the life of me I cannot figure out how to simply delete a photo. In "edit photo" there doesn't appear to be such an option.

After wading through the 50 million lines of ERROR ERROR ERROR stuff, I just wanted to post one picture, but the thing told me "didn't work". So hit refresh and it still claimed didn't work. Fine, close window and left. Come back to site and see it went berserk and there are 4 pictures.

I've never seen such a complicated set up for picture posting.
