How to remove rear tailight assembly

I need to access the left rear turn signal to repair a bent mount. Removed the two outer 10mm nuts but the third one just spins with the stud. Removed the phillips screw on the plastic tire shield but no further clue as to be able to separate the left tail light from the assembly. Any tips for this 2015.
