Windscreen nut plates

After swapping out my wind screen for one offering more protection I discovered I didn’t like the oem well nuts. Another member here didn’t like them either and fabricated some “nut plates“ to replace the well nuts and he offered them for sale. He seems to have moved on to other things leaving me to make my own so this was the fruit of my efforts. I hadn’t used rivet nuts or sert-nuts previously so I got to learn something new. The screen is back on the bike using the new plates, I’m counting it as an improvement!

Thanks, I cut these out with a hacksaw and angle grinder, making nc700 nut plates using my methods sounds like the opposite of a get rich quick scheme. I’m happy I made these but that itch has been scratched.
