Been riding bikes of all kinds for 45+ years. Currently have the bike that i most enjoy and that's my NC700x! I also have an immaculate 12' Baby250R(black of course, mostly selling as i can not fold up in that position to ride it for any distance at my age any more!), and my 03' CRF230f that i just sold. Since I scored the NC, both of the others have just sat,... so time to sell them both(1 down and 1 to go). :{)
(just sold)
(now for sale, only 462 original miles, not a typo).
I just acquired my NC about a month ago, I've only put like 200 miles on it, and I love it.
All of my bikes are keepers, i love them all. They all give me different riding experiences. I think they will last me the rest of my life.
If I had unlimited amounts of money, I believe I would have many more. But since I don't these will do.
Oh, and I have been riding for 35 years, hopefully many more to go.
Honda Ruckus scooter 49cc (have a pair).
Kawasaki KLX140G trail bike
Honda CRF250L Rally dual sport
Honda Reflex 249cc mid size scooter (wife’s)
Honda NC700X (have 2 at the moment)
Honda GL1800
I’m done with the “bigger is better” thing and I’ve migrated back to small bikes, which are so much more fun (the exception being the massive Goldwing, which we keep as the two-up machine).
One of the "other rides" ready for a weekend away and lightly loaded. We should cover slightly over 1000 kms. I suspect a thorough strip and clean will be required on my return as there is rain expected one of the days.
The NC is technically my Wifes bike but i think i may ride it more than she does at the moment.
My other rides.
A 2011 Ducati Multistrada 1200
We also have a twin pair of TW200's. Both happen to be 2006 and are highly customized. They look similar but are built to suit each of us. We have racked up a lot of miles on these both on road and off. Of all the bikes i have owned over the years the TW is my ATF.
Greenboy, those last couple shots with the snow-capped mountains in the background are amazing!
My other bike is a 2006 Kawasaki Vulcan Nomad 1600 that I have had for 4 years. I am unsure if I am going to keep it or not, I REALLY like riding the NC.
Well i'm down to two bikes now. Earlier this last winter i sold my CRF230L. Now i just have my 2012 CBR250r and my NC. The Baby R is getting a new fuel pump and will be up for sale here shortly.
It only has 462 miles on it(yes you read that correctly)!
Once the Baby R sells, i am considering purchasing either a CRF250L or a WR250r. There are some really great deals without having to travel too far on both. I like both bikes and each have their strong points/weaknesses. I just haven't made up my mind yet. :{)
