What is this?

Yesterday I was changing my oil, and when I was putting back the plastic engine cover on the bottom, this suddenly dropped out of somewhere from the engine.



I have no idea what it is. Maybe even I dropped inside the engine before and now I don't remember?

Any idea?!?

Looks like a rubber grommet that something pushes into like the 2 plastic prongs on the front side of the lower cowl utilize..
