Was on 0km when I picked her up.. Pulls really well, even at the low revs that the running in period requires.

A 750 DCT! I got mine a few weeks ago, it's having its first service on Sunday with about 550 miles on it.

YOU ARE GOING TO LOVE IT! :)

Congrats! I'm sure you'll love yours as much as we love ours. Will be interested to hear any differences the 750 has as they become apparent to you.

Thank you guys. I have never been on the 700X, so would not really be able to help with any differences. But so far the bike is pulling really well and puts a nice big grin on my face.

Glad to see you bought the DCT and the best colour (same as mine of course!) 2500 mile on mine now and it just gets better and better...... the DCT is just superb and suits this bike perfectly... If you think it pulls well now - wait until it loosens up after a thousand miles or so :)
Enjoy!!
Cheers,
Mike.

Congrats on the new bike!
If you're interested in off road protection, talk to Rumbux in Montana, Pretoria. They've been trying to get their hands on an NC to prototype things out, might get free stuff. (I hope the mount points for everything are the same between the 700 and the 750...)

Awesome, thanks for the tip. I am quite sure the mounting points are the same, but I might be completely wrong :)

^^^ Be sure to vary your revs during break-in. Keeping it down under 4000 rpm or so during the initial mileage is not that good for your engine.

just love that shade of red. sharp looking bike. Wonder why the DCT are not available here (Canada)
seems like it the best of both worlds (scooters/motorcycles) be wonderful in the usual stop and go
urban traffic.

Congrats! These are some nice shots. It really is a beautiful bike imho. I saw a video review from a bloke in England (with a thick accent) who had some choice expletives for how ugly the X was compared to the S. I vehemently disagree but each to their own I suppose.

I didn't like the red on 700 and thought it would be better if it were just a little darker. I must admit I'm rather taken with this new candy red, and since the silver has now changed to a dark grey for the 750's, I'm again undecided about colour. I believe the white now a matte white? Would that make it better or worse for cleaning?

Howsit mate,

I also like the candy red a lot more than the old red. Yeah the new white is a matt white. I think it is a bit harder to keep clean, but not sure. I also saw the same vid as you and have to agree that the X is better looking to me! But each to their own I guess. Thanks for the compliments guys. Mine just hit about 80km now and loving every moment of it. Go out and buy one, you will not regret it :)

I agree. I like the new red color much better than the current. I personally wish they would come out with a form of blue.
