Throw over bags?

Sorry for all the questions buy I'm new to 700x dct...Anyone using throw over saddlebags? If so, which ones and how to you mount them..
Do you require specific posts? TIF

I'm actually also interested if you can use certain saddlebags without support racks(I think that's what OP means).

I do have a rack for my topcase, so there is a bit of support.

Thanks, but I have a 2016 and they don't show anything after 2014

I have the Tusk Highlander luggage. No side racks, but I do have a rack for a Givi top case.
