That looks good. Are those top opening cases on the sides?

Great. I prefer top opening. I like what Shad has done lately with cases for the NCX. In my opinion, the clamshell set they originally brought out for the NC700X left much to be desired, particularly the mounting system. Shad had given me a set to evaluate and do a write up. I passed (sold) them to another forum member who wanted them. He did do a write up, so we kept our part of the bargain with Shad.

You could post a picture without the bags fitted so we can see what the bike looks like sans panniers.

They look good. I bought the Givi V37’s but ended up removing them and selling them because they were the clam shell style. I like top loading cases.

I will say I like the top load feature of the SH23, but I'm compelled to say I don't like the shape of the SH23 or the SH45 topbox. The sloped and curved lower sides are not good for loading hard items and keeping them in place. I realize boxy, squared off shaped cases are not as stylish, but I'm done with curvy/sloped cases as they are difficult to pack and retain the items for long trips.

Secondly, the lid support strap on the SH23 side case limits the opening access. The Givi/Kappa E22/K22 case lids open about 180 degrees and have no lid support strap in the way.

These cases look nice and I'm sure they work well for many people, but they're not for me.

Nice looking setup, best I have seen. Could you list the p/n#s for the side mounts and cases?
My top case is from Suzuki Burgman Option believe it’s a Givi Monokey. The top plate is a Givi Trekker Aluminum couldn’t find black one at the time I ordered it. The top case rack is a Shad.

What I found interesting from the pictures is that in addition to the Corbin seat, there is an additional 'covering' strapped over it. What is this covering exactly and what was lacking in the Corbin seat that required this extra layer. I'm think about a Corbin seat myself, having owned one many years ago, but clearly it was not sufficient for you on its own for the NC750.

It looks like a simple mesh cover that allows air to circulate underneath the rider. Very nice in hot weather.

That’s it exactly, I have been riding to work daily on this bike. I have to park in a huge parking lot. There are no trees for shade and very windy sometimes. When I come outside around 3:50pm everyday the black leather on the Corbin Seat will blister your backside good. It’s HOT!!!
This cover is perfect at providing a nice cool tolerable seat and it was cheap. I love the Corbin Seat and my little sun shade cover.

Did you need to do any modifications to make these fit? I tried ordering them on ShadUSA, but they sent me a message saying they were out of stock, and that they are supposedly not compatible with the 21+ NC750X.
