I have a 2023 NC 750X DCT and just installed new R-Gaza crash bars. I wanted to share me experience
The left side (traditional clutch side) went on perfect. About 10-15 minutes. The right side (throttle side) was a bit more challenging. The bottom bolt hole was about 1/32” off so I had to drill it out. Also the top “U” clamp that goes around the frame was slightly touching a part of the motor. So I used me bench grinder to take it down some. Finally there are a few more bolts that hold the horn and antifreeze coolant overflow container that need to be removed. This side (right) took me about 30-45 minutes. The final install in very nice (about and hour) and I like the look and finish. Also enclosed a few pics. One showing the side clearance with a level (never saw that before).

Final comments:
-Over all 5/5.
-Install4/5.
-I have a center stand that really helped the process

Hope that helps. Ride safe.

Thanks for sharing that experience. I do not have the skills or tools you have, so those bars are off my list.

I installed the touring crash bars and their skid plate this last weekend. I took my time and I love how they look on my ‘23 nc750 dtc. Now I have some ideal conditions to mount fog lights to light up the North Iowa ditches so I don’t get ambushed by a white tail.

Just FYI, if you ever want to install the R-GAZA skid plate as well, it's best to do both at the same time. Some bolts are shared between the skid plate brackets and the crash bars. That way, you won't have to re-do anything, like I had to.
