Poor (and lazy) mans' Tail Tidy

So I got tired of looking at the lower/bottom part of the rear fender that dropped below the license plate. Removed the plate, and cut the plastic with a hack saw just under the license plate attachment point at the metal frame. Cleaned it up with a file - and put the plate on. Eight-sixed the reflectors. Under fifteen minutes. Still have some protection with the top portion of the fender intact, but looks a bit cleaner to me.

P.S. - This one won't be going off the pavement (willingly, at least.
