I believe from model year 2016 forward, the stock windscreen has not changed. 2012-2015 model screens have slightly different bolt pattern and shape than 2016+.

Most important take away for a UNIVERSAL cell phone mount directly to the HANDLEBAR is to use a DOUBLE BALL "articulating" mounting system because it is compact and allows the phone to be moved around and tiled in almost anyway imaginable and has a SINGLE adjustment knob that controls the pressure on BOTH balls (no pun intended ; -)
Double-ball means the arm can be placed so that nothing hits when the handle bars are moved from side to side so you can mount almost anywhere on the handlebars and still get the cell phone tilted so you can read it & not get hit by the sun and avoid fixed parts like the speedometer.
Brand? Any brand that used the double-ball is good. I'm using a modified generic from Amazon that about $20 but you could use RAM mount brand or any other brrad. Also any double-ball cand interchange parts such as the cradle or a longer arm or connect TWO DOUBLE-BALL ARMS together for more height.

I used a locking* Ram Mount with a Quad Lock end. Its mounted to the Madstad windshield bracket above the dash.
For me, I use an iPhone for navigation, not a dedicated GPS. The iPhone is powered by a USB port that is inside the Frunk. The power cable is snaked out of the Frunk up to the phone while I ride.
What I really like is that the phone is on the bottom edge of my field of view so I do not have to look down to see the navigation. We have CARDO bluetooth units in our helmets, the Cardo is linked to the iPhone so I hear turn by turn navigation and can see the map too.

* I would note that Ram Mount makes locking and standard knob adjusting arms. If you don't use a locking arm anyone can walk up to your bike when its parked, twist the knob, and removed the arm (and anything that is attached to the arm!!!) The locking arm comes with a "key" that fits a spinning knob and is required to adjust the arm. Not a lot of reports of people stealing Ram Mount arms but if you are mid-trip and it happens it could be more than inconvenient.

I got the Givi FB1146 from a local motorcycle accessories retail store.
Parts for the Quadlock setup (mirror mount, colored lever & universal adapter) were ordered online from the official website.

I got the simplest an cheapest option for my Garmin. It’s a car vent mount, just push on and tighten.

I got the Givi for my 21 NC but when I added the Garmin XT and Touratech locking mount it flops around a lot, just so you know.
