Has anyone tried the Touratech spring kit for the NC700X?

I noticed this on their site the other day and was wondering if anyone has installed it and what improvements if any from the progressive springs?

If its a decent kit i may put this on the wifes bike along with a set of cartridge emulators on the front end. My hope is it would take away some of the harshness especially on square edge bumps.

Since the stock Honda fork springs are already progressive springs, I’m not seeing how the Touratech springs are different.

I didn’t see any way to specify rider/gear/cargo weight to get proper springs, nor does the listing say what weights these springs are designed for. When buying springs, spring rates would be very important specs.

The main problem with this bike is the very basic damper unit comprising part of the overall shock. I agree with the above comment that a replacement spring is unlikely to make much of a difference whereas a shock with adjustable damping should make a significant difference. Have a look at YSS which are reasonably priced.
