Dale's Rack questions for those of you who have them

I’ve got a rack coming and I’ve already painted the OEM cap flat black. I don’t plan on replacing it with a locking cap.

I had the Ruckus cap but went back to using the original one as using a key to open it is a pain in the butt. I also think the original cap seals better than the locking cap for the Ruckus.
