Aftermarket or Generic upper fork tubes ebay

I'm going to be replacing my upper fork tubes and install new seals due to rust and finally leaking at 57K miles and I could measure them while dissembled and looked at some on ebay and was wondering if anyone has tried non-oem fork tubes?

Do you think you could get the OEMs resurfaced?

I wouldn't run forks from China Mystery Brand without some thorough scrutinizing, but there is probably a decent aftermarket version out there. I'll ask my dirt bike racing buddy...
