No, I think the frunk lid is identical to the 2021-2024 model. Lots of parts are identical.Depends if you're the one getting the new bike or not.
Hey looks like the '25 is getting functional tank/frunk rails again that you can attach to?
It is not what Honda Motor Co will give the US, it is a matter of what American Honda Motor Co. orders from Honda Motor Co Japan. The US market does not sell the volume of NC's that Europe does so it comes down to the volume that American Honda can sell and not get stuck with carry over inventory. For what it is worth.I just hope we get the 2025! Honda will only give the U S one color. But I am ok with any of the 4 colors, red, green, white or black.
Honestly, while I understand the mechanics of that decision, Honda may not sell as many in the US as Europe because they decide what to bring into the US market independently of actual market potential. I've been looking, and from what I've seen there isn't a surplus of NC750x inventory in the US. In fact, from what I've found, there's a shortage of inventory. If Honda listened to customer demand in the US rather than apparent assumptions that most riders in the US want an interstate cruiser or a dirt bike, we would have the same options as the rest of the world. I'm being moved toward a KLR650S because Honda won't provide a product I want in the US, unfortunately. It is not what Honda Motor Co will give the US, it is a matter of what American Honda Motor Co. orders from Honda Motor Co Japan. There are actually tons of European reviews now on Youtube. A week ago, there was a press event in Portugal where Dutch, German, Austrian, French, Polish etc bike reviewers were invited to test the new NC750X and Transalp back to back. This review popped up last night on my Google feed
Honda NC750X (2025) Review: The Most Versatile Bike?
After twelve years in service and with over 100,000 bikes sold, 2025 sees the NC750X gain new tech and a big DCT upgradewww.visordown.com
Unfortunately, I believe the problem stems from the first few years that the NC700 was imported into North America. It was an unusual motorcycle in that it didn’t chase horsepower over practicality and dealers didn’t know how to sell the bike so inventory swelled. DCT offended many traditional riders. Social media forums were brutal at times toward the idea of and the owners of an automatic transmission motorcycle. Prior to Covid you could buy a dusty two or three year old bike off the showroom floor in some areas and there were probably many many more in Honda warehouses around the country still in the crate. Demand was so low dealers quit ordering them and this sent a clear message to American Honda. I’ve been a fan of this motorcycle since 2011 when it was released in Europe and it’s sort of amazing to me how essentially the same motorcycle is viewed so differently today by the riding public and motojournalists that produce content about motorcycles.Honestly, while I understand the mechanics of that decision, Honda may not sell as many in the US as Europe because they decide what to bring into the US market independently of actual market potential. I'm 'only' 40 years old and stil love the rush it gives when you hit 100mph in mere seconds. But after an unplanned testdrive on the NC...it just made sense. You would think just the auto trans feature and the concealed storage area would make it a hot seller when you figure there are many older riders that aren't into power anymore (I used to drag race bikes) and welcome a bike that they don't need perfect extremities for to keep riding.
The Honda dealer where I've ordered my MY2025, always has like 7 to 10 of these used bikes in stock, ranging from 2012 to 2024.
Ten Kate Motoren in Nieuwleusen. Also had a quote by Motoport, but their trade-in price (for my 'old' NC-X) was low.May i ask you witch dealer you ordered the bike?
If it has Apple carplay only, I would not be interested. I have never and will never own an Apple product. I would just do what I do now, use Google maps on my Android phone.IMO the dual discs (if done right), are a worthwhile upgrade, as is smart phone connectivity with apple car play for using GPS. Cruise would have sure been nice.
Totally different discussion, IOS vs Android. If it has Apple carplay only, I would not be interested. I have never and will never own an Apple product. I would just do what I do now, use Google maps on my Android phone.
