The Triumph Bonneville Bobber is one of the most attractive and unique-looking motorcycles in the 2022 Triumph line-up, with a unique and instantly recognizable silhouette primarily inspired by the bobber movement of the 1940s. The British manufacturer has nailed the styling with unmistakable ‘bobber’ elements, including a ‘floating’ adjustable single-seat, classic-looking headlamp, chunky tires, and a flat, wide handlebar.
Powered by the 1,200cc, parallel-twin engine that also features on multiple other Bonneville models, this Triumph bike has the performance to complement its looks. Peak output figures are 76.9 hp and 78.2 lb-ft of torque, and Triumph has said it tuned the engine for a more responsive and linear torque curve.
While it may not have the most comprehensive list of electronic rider aids, the essentials are in order with ABS and switchable traction control. Two riding modes on offer— Road and Rain — alter traction control intervention and throttle response.
For 2022, the Bonneville Bobber is available in three color options — Matt Storm Gray and Matt Ironstone, Cordovan Red, and Jet Black. Triumph has also released a special ‘Gold Line’ edition of the motorcycle that features hand-painted detailing on a Carnival Red and Sapphire Black paint scheme.
