2021 seat swap?

Has anyone tried mounting a seat from a previous model year on a 2021? I see the seat part numbers are different but that may not be due to changes in the pan. I don't see any seat options other than custom build on your pan at the moment.

I did try to swap in a 2012 seat just to see. It was a no go, the way it fits next to the frunk is different. The ‘21 model eliminated the dreaded forward slope of previous models.

Thanks for the update. I was hoping that seat pans from Corbin, Sargent, etc. would work and they had just not verified/updated their web site.

I also tried a Corbin I had for the 2012 and no to that too.

Thanks for that info. I emailed Corbin and they think their current pan will fit.

Well if it is still like the one they used for the 2012 version, I had to jamb it on and it wouldn’t go into the front end far enough to allow the rear bolts to engage. But maybe they have or can change that. Good luck on what you find out.
