So I got one of the eBay front fender extenders and it came with a mildly humorous single strip of double sided tape. I have epoxy to really give it a good stick but I can’t figure out the best way to install it. Do you remove the fender or just give it a good clamping? It seems kind of hard to position with the fender on the bike. Comments appreciated.

Thanks. It didn’t show in the “was this previously discussed” list
Searches done with the product name “Fenda Extenda” should yield results.

I used this last year & so far it's still on. I held it on with binder clips while the glue dried. Before glueing it I buffed the surfaces with sandpaper. UPDATE!!! DON'T USE THIS!!! IT FELL OFF AFTER 1 YEAR. 41910D4A-5C85-4DF4-9461-6EE02230E22B.jpeg

i used some black silicone adhesive from Lowes Depot ... that was back in late 2015 when mine NC700 was new ... the extender is still on and I've no issues. I just put a healthy layer on the extender, placed on the fender, and used two small spring clamps. Let it set maybe 2 days (I put it on mid-week and didn't ride until the weekend), and and it was locked on.

Took the fender off to clean it properly underneath and then used the tape and clips provided. No issues.

Aircraft quality 3M Scotch-Weld 2216 is a Gray 2 part Epoxy Adhesive, super strong but pricy.
Any similar 2 part epoxy would do just fine. When surfaces are prepped correctly this stuff will not fail.
