I am happy to have just purchased a 2012 NC700x and plan on some long trips around the Pacific northwest. I've ridden about 8 years. I've owned larger bikes when I was much younger and now that I'm in my fifties I find the NC700 just the right weight and enjoy it's maneuverability. With panniers and a couple of other key additions I'll be looking forward to some camping and nice solo riding.
