going to live a bit longer!

last monday I wasn't feeling well at all in fact it was frightening to say the least.
I've never felt so weak.spewing up,couldn't get myself up off the floor.
I honestly thought my days was up.
rang son up-came home to find me on the floor spewing not something I want him to see.
ambulance came and found that I have a very low heart rate of 40 when it should be 60/70 bpm.
end up in hospital for three days and a new pacemaker.
so I suppose that was a close call.
If I wanted to make a life-long career out of
working with the mentally retarded I would
    have of been an MP.

Glad to hear you survived. I had similar experience two years ago...passed out in the kitchen. Scared the beejeesus out of my wife. Found out I have AFIB. Real PITA. My resting rate will often be in the high 40's, low 50's.
