If I lived close I would offer maybe 3 grand. Brake fluid is dark so most likely never changed.

1W, just curious but why would you want to change the brake fluid on that bike with only 2k miles on it? :{)

Because it is not miles that count. It's also time. Brake fluid over time absorbs moisture which is bad....
Plus gunk/sludge starts to form and can clog up small diameter return lines and this causes the brakes to drag and get hot. Look how dark it is in the picture. It should be clear. Stuff needs changing.
Just saw that you bought yourself a seat. Have it yet?
Now after looking through the for sale adds and as it is at a pawn shop I would offer $2500. There are no accessories on this.
After closer inspection... This bike must have been sitting outside the whole time. Filthy and the muffler is starting to stain/rust. Wonder it the miles erre all on gravel as the tires sure look worn for only 2000 miles. I would offer only $2000 now and start pointing out these things. Bring about 10 other ads showing well maintained and farkled bikes with lower miles for what he is asking for this bike. 10,000 miles on these things doesn't matter one bit... this I know:-)

Not hard. Buy a mityvac pump or a knockoff. As you take fluid out be sure to have someone pour in new to keep the reservoir full. When new starts coming out you are done. I have to do this on my CBR 1100XX and I can make a video if you would like me to. Just make sure the handle bars are turned so the reservoir is level. Cover your bike tank with a large piece of plastic. Brake fluid will eat quickly into your paint before you can wipe it off.

Thanks 1w, i saw one of those vac brake bleeders during a recent trip to HF. I had planned to get one and flush/change the brake fluid on one of my rigs, now i'll do it to the bike as well. :{)

You will see fine little bubbles in the fluid. This is air being sucked into the system by the bleeder threads. This can be taken care of by taking the bleeder out and putting a wrap or two of teflon tape around the bleeder. Then putting it back in. Do not put a lot of wraps on it. Then the threads can get cross threaded and you will have to buy a new caliper.
