I made my own from Lexan.
Do you have heated grips? Have they dislodged at all? Are they in their correct position? ...had a similar situation.
After much experimentation I settled on an angle but I'm not completely convinced it's the absolute optimal. What is everyone's preferred angle?
Also I've found that most of my buffeting came from...
I have about 100,000 miles on the Tornado 1 pants and I like them very much. Good in all kinds of temperatures and weather conditions , I would highly recommend them.
I bought a second pair when I...
Sorry my friend, the seat is long gone.
The foam is a little harder than the stock but much softer than a Corbin if you have any experience with those. The shape is wider so there is more support without hot spots. I found the height to be...
Sargent $250 ***S*O*L*D***
Used in very good condition. No marks, tears or scrapes. Fits model years 2012-15...
Welcome to the forum. I'm in Monterey county myself. Instead of having panniers I chose to ride with only a top box for relaxed filtering.
And I will! But it will be the CB1000R+, the first bike I ever test rode after having a Rebel 250 for 6 months. It was exhilarating but the looks of the bike never could convince me...but now! That...
2014 had a faulty dash. There was a recall.
I do what kumatae does but with a 2x4.
Wow I wish I could say the same thing about my Silverado. I had to replace the engine and major suspension parts at 100k. My '14 NC has 50k miles and I feel confident putting another 50k.
Yes they come apart and if I recall one of those bits has reverse threads.
Mine is a '14 fast approaching 50,000 miles near Monterey, CA. You're totally right about the color, the bulb doesn't seem to throw further but what I do see I see clearer.
Thanks for the suggestion. I may be a special case, I work nights so do a lot of miles at night. I took the bulb out today and tried different things to no avail. I compared it with other bulbs and...
My experience with the cyclops bulb hasn't been the most positive. I've had it for a year now and the cutoff is so bad and beam scattered that it is hard to adjust to a good angle without being...
My chain slider lasted 40,000 miles before I replaced it.
The cyclops bulb made a bigger difference than the disappointing Denali D2 auxiliary lights. For those that installed the Cyclops bulb, did you use the washer that came in the box?
Anyone got a link?
Since the poll is gone I'd like to manually enter it.
I noticed those in another thread and they caught my eye because I wan to make something similar but instead I added extensions to my windshield that had a similarl effect.
Nobody talking about the Africa Twin Enduro concept? They lightened the bike up and it looks quite impressive. Very tight. Maybe they can make a dedicated street variant in the future as well.
Thanks for the hot tip. I work nights and commute on the NC so I'm going to give this a try.
I bought those levers in red for my wife's bike and she likes them. I will have to disagree about your perceived toughness on the barkbusters. My bike has been down a handful of times with no damage...
I wanted to share my experience with the buffeting issue. I have been experimenting a lot with the Madstad system lately because I was never completely satisfied with it; I removed the winglets...
