Hmm. Interesting article. That's the perennial deal with electrics... people always whine about the 'range', but yes, should have mentioned metrics.... which are:-

City@ 121 miles, Highway@ 56 miles
Sustained at 19mph and 70mph respectively.

On the "con" regarding time lost answering a ton of questions".. that is easily fixed with non-attention-getting cowling... however, I suspect that attention is what Brammo seeks

The batteries are also built in a way to keep them cool (calling on a lot of amperage heats them up right quick) while supplying the output needed to carry the bike to more than 100mph, or 100 miles of relatively conservative (70mph) riding. Lose-your-license speeds will result in lower range levels, naturally.
