My theory is that the monkey at the factory pulls the trigger on the impact wrench until he hears it slow down. Now if he's listening to the Wipeout drum solo on earphones while screwing your bike together, you're screwed.
    Just sayin'.

Funny image of the monkey..........but there are no unregulated impacts any where on the assembly line. There are also no head phones on the Honda lines but likely hearing protection is required in most areas.

Every fastener is torqued and critical fasteners are double checked and recorded then marked with a torque check mark on the fastener. The white paint mark is the check mark

Honda USA locations are the same when it comes to uniforms, and it even applies to professional/salaried staff, but they don't have to wear hats.

It makes for a much more harmonious working environment when you don't have "suits" walking around. Everyone looks the same and all of them even eat in the same cafeteria which is often used for meetings. No fancy executive meeting rooms at Honda factories. :-)
