Haha. The deal is pending on seeing and riding it to make sure it’s as described, which won’t happen till I leave this volunteer North Rim gig in a month. So I have no pics except those from the ad. I’ll upload just one:

That’s great! I hope it all works out for you. Let the adventures begin!

I don’t know much about this bike, but a couple things I like are that you can add fuel without lifting the seat, if you want to change the color, there may be fewer parts to paint, and you can have ABS with a manual transmission.

My deepest thanks for your positive responses. I was tensed in anticipation of some criticism—I’m choosing a BMW over a Honda on a Honda NC700X forum, after all. Elsewhere I am sure I’d get the expected Ford vs Chevy, Batman vs Superman type of juvenile disparagements. But you guys are clearly beyond all that.

Thank you again. Due to that, if you don’t mind a heathen in your midst, I’ll stick around. It’s a good forum even for non-Honda owners, I think.

How can we blame you for picking what best suits you?

Enjoy. And stick around so we can make fun of your new Chevy! Or is that a Ford?

You are overlooking the ties that bind: we love MOTORCYCLES - first and foremost. You are among friends

That'll definitely be a blast to ride! I know you're gonna enjoy it.

And as was earlier stated, we just love motorcycles! I look at and admire any motorcycle that I see. They may not all fit me or my riding requirements, but I sure would test any of them out if given the chance!
