Check out soupysperformance.com for lowering links and an adjustable side stand. Also if lowering I have one bike with a 700X centerstand and it's tough to get up on stand. Another lowered one has a 700S centerstand which is perfect for a lowered NC700X.
Webike.net has either of the stands... I think. Been a while since I ordered them. Be sure to look for the English language button when you get there!

I purchased the S side and center stand along with Soupy's links. Haven't installed yet.

It takes less than 30 minutes to install links. Here is a trick to unload the suspension so you can just remove and replace original dog bones.
Take nuts off. There will be tension on the bolts. Have a 2nd person tilt the bike onto the side stand so the front tire and side stand are supporting the bike's weight. The the bolts should slide right out. Person holding the bike may have to adjust the amount of weight on the back tire as it contacts the ground so you can slide the bolts out. It is easier than it sounds.
Hopefully I explained it so you understand it. My daughter held the bike when I pulled the bolts!

The 700S isn't sold in the States so I don't think so.

    Centerstand.........

    zeronine,

What torque value did you use on the centerstand and lowering links? Also, if it is easy, I would love to know how long your lowering links are after you adjust them, and how much you think it dropped the bike.

I have had the links for a while but have not put them on and any information would be greatly appreciated.

Torque value - i do not know at the moment but i have owned 7 japanese bikes so 23nm - 25nm and blue loctite may be a good starting place. I will keep you posted.

Also i have only ordered the parts but Soupys video shows that their stock links already drop the bike a little even prior to adjusting. I plan on doing what it takes to get the 40mm lower people claim is a good compromise
