Anyone interested in buying a 20" medium gray Madstad windscreen?

I'm selling my Madstad windscreen. It's for a 2016 NC700xd and has the usual wear & tear on it, but has never been dropped or cut or drilled.
Still have the winglets that didn't get used.
It has the medium gray tint.
Selling it because it just doesn't work for me.
If you're interested, make me an offer.
I'm thinking you could have it for around $175 and I would pay for shipping...U.S. only.

I am interested in the screen. May I ask what did not work about it? where you too tall or short for it, did it make noise? Thanks

I am 5'9". The screen works fine but it is right at my eye level even in the lowest setting. It does not make noise. I really WANT to like it and it really DID help with the wind but I just can't get past the position. Maybe if I had gotten the 18" instead, it might work better for me.

You can salvage the situation. Cut a bit off the top of the screen, or better yet, drill another set of holes higher up so as to lower the screen. Mine is 1.5" lower than Madstad would have put it, because I asked for it undrilled and I put it where I wanted it.

Good idea but I have no idea where I can take it to have it trimmed down.

A local plastics fabricator specifically offers this service - I imagine any shop working in plastics could do the same.

Southern CA is a big place. For an experiment I googled 'acrylic plastic supply Los Angeles' and got a bunch of suppliers in that area. Try a google search in your city. If the supplier doesn't do fabrication (trimming) the many companies that buy plastic from them do and should reveal some leads.

I've had several plastic items cut for me over the years and wholesale suppliers will do it or refer you to one that will. Tell them you have an acrylic item, it's handled differently than polycarbonate.

That is how tall I am. Thank you for the input. I would definitely try some of the suggestions for more adjustment

anyone can trim with a bandsaw. If you do not feel confident or know someone then I would drill it as suggested. I would do that first after thinking about it more. position the shield where you want it (someone holding it) and turn the bars from lock to lock and see if there is any interference. have third person mark with a marker where the bolts need to go. Tape the screen so no scratches happen on it while drilling. Round the cut edge starting with a hand file then when roughed in the shape you want go to a sandpaper. Good luck.

When you say U.S. only, would you be willing to ship to Alaska?
