Washed my bike, wanted to go out but checklight was on flashing 9 long 5 short
and when i moved above 10km/h engine oil checklight came on.
Checked oil level was ok called my mech he said most probably one of the sensors shorted
due to water and honda has no fault code 95. I checked the manual also and no fault code 95 inside.
So i assume its safe to ride until the sensor gets dry??

problem solved issue was sensor was wet n shorted the circuit

Thanks for the follow up

Glad it wasn't anything more serious! (even though I'm kind of surprised water could do anything like that unless whatever it was, was exposed to pressure washing)

Did you solve what the code really was meant to display? Which sensor?

Just an assumption on my part. A sensor that is exposed to the elements should not create a short when it gets wet. There could be something wrong with it, rubber coating cracked so lets water in, etc. You might want to think about replacing it.
