Need help with a few questions on shift / Brake controls

Are the shift & brake foot controls adjustable?

I just installed adjustable foot pegs to allow for my long legs some addl room. Anyway, I have the pegs down & back and now to up-shift and brake, I have to lift my whole foot off the pegs to actuate them.

Can the shift lever and brake lever be adjusted so the ends are lowered?

The quick answer is yes, both can be adjusted. The shift lever has a large adjustment range while the brake lever has a bit less. I'm pretty sure if you search this forum you'll find the how-to with pictures. Both are very easy.
