Hey guys,

Last Friday, on the highway, I noticed that my clutch was slipping. I adjusted the clutch cable, but I think I adjusted it the wrong way. Since then, I've put on about 300 miles, mostly highway. Tonight, I noticed the clutch slipping again and I adjusted it so it has some more play before it starts to take out. I would describe it as about 1/2 inch or 1.5 cm at the middle finger.

Questions - How much life did I take off my clutch? How much wiggle is normal for the clutch?

Thanks in advance!

10 to 20mm at the tip of the lever. See Clutch in the maintenance section of your owner's manual. It's about page 87 depending on which manual version you've got.
