Got the Hyokawa running! What's a Hyokawa you ask?

Thought you guys might get a kick out of this. I put a Kawasaki KZ250 single engine in a Hyosung 250 frame.

Very nice bike.

I am intrigued by the similarity of that bike and the NC700. "Standard" profile was the original style of bikes almost a century ago, now the NC700 follows that same lineage (despite Honda labelling it a "new concept").

Your young guy (son) should soon expect to receive some leathers for birthday?

Good job dmerc. That looks a lot easier than my last conversion, a 1985 2.3 Mustang engine in 1971 VW single cab.

Thanks! Anyone who has done one of these swaps knows how hard it is to get everything right. It always gives me a new appreciation for what the engineers go through. Change one thing and it changes 3 others.
