Ok here is the project:
transport 28 motorcycles Quebec to Las Vegas on September 27(4500 km)in a full load trailer , to fly to Vegas on October 4, ride, ride ride and have fun for two weeks, about 2500km (85% of gravel back roads), take the plane back to Quebec, pick up the bike 1 week later.
I'm a member on local forum and a guy called the shot a week ago...he have good contacts in transportations, the price is really honest if the trailer is fully loaded. I'll probably never do a trip like this if I do not jump at the chance. Some details to come but it look like it is feasible...
I will update as the project takes shape.

While you are travelling around down there..... try this place. It's only a short ride out of Las Vegas and is on the way to the Boulder Dam, which is a good spot to visit.

Boulder Dam Brewing Co. | Boulder City, Nevada | USA

Thanks for the spot bduffey, is this beer as good as Samuel Adams beer ?

And what makes the place fun is that, 1) They are very receptive to folks on m/c's, and 2) They brew there own beers so there is always something different going on. Some of the brewery vats are actually inside the bar so you can see what's going on.

I edited post #6 cause the links for the maps didn't work. Instead of 1 truck, it's now 2 trucks fully loaded 44 bikes total as of today. Today, I confirmed my presence by making a deposit for the transport and bought my roundtrip tickets.

OK guys little update as the great day approaches...
in 1 month (27 sept) the bikes are loaded in the trailer and going on road to Las Vegas. I'm pretty ready (not really), still have to road test with the full setup on the bike...some gadgets to buy...
52 bikes in 2 fully loaded truck are in...on the offroad potion, 24 bikers (2 groups of 12 , each group divided in 3 groups of 4) 12 bikers are going north - 4 by 4 with 1/2 hour between each group - and 12 bikers are going south - 4 by 4 with 1/2 hour between each group...the 2 groups of 12 meeting each others in Moab - Utah at the end of the first weeks sharing our experiences and impressions for 2 days and then separates again for another week to finally meet on 17 of october for a dinner at the Harley Davidson Cafe (the second floor is reserved for us and the bikes are parking on the Strip with a bodyguard )

I will turn 50 years old next year and can't remember when in my life I've been so excited (don't tell my wife )

Bring your rain gear. That time of year it can get wet in Utah. We go there in September every year. Some years are hot and dry and other years it rains most of the time. But it is always fun.

Do your self a favor, use this as a map, not a calendar.... Go back to see what you don't get done another time...........:D

Ten days before the flight for Vegas...Next saturday morning I'll ride my bike to the the warehouse of the carrier, all paperworks done for importing the bike in the USA. Most of the gears and stuff are going with the bike, little as possible in the plane. I inspected and ajusted all and everything on the NC more than once... Man I hardly can believe it! Grand Canyon here I come!
