trans filter bolt

13 ft/lbs? DO NOT USE THAT UNTIL CONFIRMED.

I don't remember off hand but it was a number below 20. It is in the owners manual in the oil change section. Also, the plate goes on only 1 way, if the bolts don't line up, flip it.

If you have a c-clip spreader, use that to pull the filter out, otherwise I have no idea how you can get something in their to pull it, very little room to work, and it is a tiny filter. BTW it is a reverse flow filter, the dirt is in the inside, not on the outside.
 
Ther is no torque value speced in the "clutch oil filter" section of the shop manual (page 3-14). There is an oring there so that is doing your sealing not a highly torqued bolts.
 
just talked to a Honda mechanic and it is 6.5 to 7.0 Ft.LB
