Having trouble uploading profile picture. I go to setting, profile picture. All comes up fine. Picture is proper size. Will not upload. Always get unable to save. Any suggestions.

What type of image file is it?

I'm having the same problem uploading an Avatar image from my computer. It's a 2.38 kB jpeg that's 76x61 pixels.
