I created one group. It did not work as planned. Better to post here, with specific titles so that people can see.

Over on stromtroopers they have a regional section that go's by country,region,state.

There's a humongous set of regional forums over at ADV.
Don't know if the relatively small population here will ever make the same thing feasible.
