icy ride

Thought I would have a final run out before the snow arrives this evening. It was already pretty icy on top of the N York Moors. Zero degrees. Got warmed up in a nice teashop there. The roads were mainly dry so it wasn't too bad.

I just rode home from work, it was 9*F /-12.7*C today. I cant wait untill my pinlock gets here!

yeah zero degrees C have ridden in colder but don't think I'd fancy -12.7 C even with my Warm n Safe gear.
By the way my instruments are steaming up internally when it's damp and cold - anyone else finding that?

PS Turbodiesel - if they are your wives waiting at home for you I would probably risk the -12.7 to get home too.

You are a brave soul, TD. It has to be about 50*+F for me. Too darn cold for me. I don't have any cold weather gear.
