battery strap help

I routed some wiring for a battery tender harness today. I took off the rubber band that secures the battery,at just the bottom, and now I can't find where to resecure it! I guess if I could stick my head all the way into the frunk I could see what the band is supposed to hook on to! I DID see a tiny plastic tab down there, but that didn't seem sturdy enough for the strap to hook on to.
Help!

It's been a while since I had the strap off so I don't remember exactly how I solved the initial problem I had resecuring it - but at first I did have the problem you have. Perhaps I unhooked the top end then secured the bottom end over the hook down there. That hook is just like the upper one. Then hook the strap over the top hook "tab" that is easily seen.

I thought about that option and will look into it this weekend.
