A new 2017 law (the "blue light bill") in the US state of Illinois allows for a blue light to be added to a motorcycle's stop lamp. Typically, blue lights are reserved for emergency vehicle use. Motorcycle use is being allowed for increased conspicuity.

Most, if not all, neighboring states will not allow the blue brake lamp, so it would need to be disabled before crossing the state border.

I have not seen any stop lamps commercially available with a blue light incorporated in it's center, si assume at this point you's need to build it yourself.

Excerpt from the law:
(a-1) A motorcycle or an antique vehicle or an expanded-use antique vehicle, including an antique motorcycle, may display a blue light or lights of up to one inch in diameter as part of the vehicle's rear stop lamp or lamps.

Adding blue lights (in IL) although legal may cause the same sort of frequent pullover by law enforcement that occurs with headlight modulators.
