Yep, mine look much like those in your link. One caution I would add: there are some aftermarket versions that have a hinged joint in the lever, as if perhaps to allow bending to prevent breakage in a tip over. I advise against that type as you end up with a floppy lever with too many moving parts.

The relay works for all years. The sub harness is model year dependent, but the transmission type has nothing to do with it.

Personal preference varies widely with seats. The Shad was a really great comfy seat for a 1 hour ride. But, for me, on a five day trip it wasn’t much better than just sitting on the frame rails.
