There are many LED bulbs available that fit the 2013 Honda 700X DCT. You don't need to replace the entire headlight just the bulb. The factory bulb is a H4 also known as a 9003 bulb so look for a H4 9003 LED at an auto parts store or online.
Kuryakyn #7993 highway pegs have clamps that fit the frame down tubes without having to use engine guards if you wanted to go that route.

I’m not getting that kind of mileage out of Road 5s on my NC:
Michelin Pilot Power
6,433 R
9,429 F
Michelin Road 5
12,306 R
------- F
I think the DCT is a little rougher on the downshifts and contributes to faster wear when compared to a manual transmission model.
I have one of those one my bike and it’s pretty much useless for keeping the shock area clean plus it complicates cleaning the area it fails to keep clean. The simplest and most effective solution I found is to hang a rubber or plastic flap the width of the swing arm opening from the base of the...
I wish I could join you guys. Have a safe and enjoyable weekend!
I was up there riding VA, NC, TN last week and the temps were such a relief from Florida (95 today) - 66 degrees up on the Cherohala last Tuesday.
The black 2015 in post #19 had Hepco Becker bars on it but they do not protect the engine just the plastic fairing. I used them to mount lights. My 2013 has the Honda Accessory light bar.
I've not mounted engine guard bars per se.
Auxiliary conspicuity lighting, heated jacket, heated gloves, GPS, phone charger for electrical load and never an issue with my 700Xs but good that Honda upgraded the output in 2021+.
I did replace the original halogen headlight bulb with an LED and that probably saves a few amps.
I have been wanting to start a thread titled "I Learned About Riding From That" similar to a long running column in FLYING magazine. Living this long has given me many lessons on riding smarter than the four wheel drivers around me.
Good job on assessing and braking (did you?) in time. It's...
This is the way I clean and lube the chain on my NC700X. By no means is it the only way or the best way it's just how I do it. I don't like grime or accumulation on the rear wheel and I found this protects the chain from rusting and keeps the rear wheel clean. After arranging the materials it...
I was taught to size wire and fuses to protect the wire, not the electrical device. Ampacity charts show 14 gauge wire for a 15 amp load in a circuit with 6' round trip from battery to device to battery. The 30 amp fuse could be reduced to 15 amps and still protect the wiring from the expected...
I am kind of like Walt in the movie Gran Torino. We have lived in this house 37 years and the garage is full of stuff I can't find when I need it. At 68 I have some tools I got from my dad more than 50 years ago. The rest I picked up along the way when I needed something for a particular job. Of...
The walls of the frunk are curved and I don't think there is space to mount a flat plate those dimensions and depth. I've mounted a 12v power point in previous NC frunks and used it to power compressors and charge devices like you have. I would recommend using 14 gauge wire and fusing to 15A to...
The 388s fit the three piston front caliper Honda fitted to the 2012-2013 DCT with ABS model. (In the USA only DCTs got ABS 2012-2013. Can't speak to other markets. A location in your profile or post is always helpful.)
196s fit the two piston caliper Honda fitted to manual transmission non-ABS...
